West Side Belmont Ave. 200 ft south of 183rd Street.  

Size 3 story brick 25x76 ft-Lot 25x100ft.

 

Date of Erection 1908

Builder: Calumet Construction Co, 15 East 59th St. 

Cost of Half entire building $32,909.50

Total $65,819

 

Description

Front of brick with granite base and Indiana Limestone trimmings

Apparatus floor: cement and asphalt with Iron beams

Roof: concrete and tile.  

Wall first floor: White and granite colored tile

2nd floor and 3rd floors: Keenes cement and plaster. 

Rooms with Marble bases, Steel Stalls and wainscoating

 Steam heating, Gas and electric light- City Property
